Key deadlines to ensure stress-free seasonal deliveries 

Ningbo will be fully closed from 25th–28th December, reopening for operations as normal from 29th December until 1st January, when we will be closed again as it is a National Bank Holiday. We will then resume regular operations in full from 2nd January 2026. 22nd December is the last day for ECO deliveries before Christmas, and 23rd will be the final day for any next-day deliveries. As we are closed from 25th-28th December, any collections available for Monday 29th December must be made on 24th before 2 pm. Please note that, although we are open on the 24th December, we are running reduced customer service holiday hours, meaning that our team may be busier than usual. 

In December, our recommended cut-off date to organise final pallet collections for UK deliveries is Friday 20th December, although this is dependent on location and service type. To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend that European groupage shipments are sent before Friday 13th December, and that all warehousing inbound deliveries are organised before Wednesday 18th December. However, we know that each of our clients possess unique business needs, and we ask that you please confirm deadlines with your account manager as availability may vary by service. 

The seasonal period brings increased demand across all logistics operations, and proper planning is essential to ensure your deliveries arrive on time. Ningbo will be closed 25th–28th December and 1st January, with reduced customer service hours 24th–26th December. To avoid delays, book your pallet collections by 20th December, European shipments by 13th December, and warehouse deliveries by 18th December. Remember, 22nd December is the last day for ECO deliveries and 23rd December for next-day services before Christmas.
